Post-Traumatic Intervention Care in Terms of the Fire Rescue Corps

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývala problematikou posttraumatické intervenční péče v podmínkách Hasičského záchranného sboru České republiky, se zaměřením na Hasičský záchranný sbor Libereckého kraje. Jejím cílem bylo zjistit informovanost mezi příslušníky hasičů o tomto typu služby. Práce je rozdělena na dvě samostatné oblasti. První část je teoretická a popisuje základní informace o Hasičském záchranném sboru České republiky a Hasičském záchranném sboru Libereckého kraje, základní poznatky o psychologické službě, informace o problematice posttraumatické intervenční péče a to zejména v podmínkách Hasičského záchranného sboru Územního odboru Liberec. Druhá oblast bakalářské práce je tvořena praktickou částí, která byla realizována prostřednictvím dotazníku, který byl distribuován mezi 47 příslušníků Hasičského záchranného sboru libereckého kraje. Zjištěné poznatky jsou použity v navrhovaných opatřeních závěru bakalářské práce. Za největší přínos předložené práce vzhledem k řešené problematice bylo možno považovat, že výsledky provedeného průzkumu by mohly posloužit jako nové podněty ke zlepšování péče o hasiče, nebo jako informativní podklad pro ty, kteří se problematikou posttraumatické intervenční péče v podmínkách Hasičského záchranného sboru zabývají.

Abstract:

The Bachelor thesis has dealt with the issue of post-traumatic intervention care in terms of the Fire and Rescue Service of the Czech Republic, focusing on the Fire Brigade of the Liberec Region. Its aim had been to determine the awareness of firefighters members on this type of service. The work is divided into two separate areas. The first part is theoretical and it describes the basic information about the Fire Brigade of the Czech Republic and the Fire Brigade of the Liberec Region, the basic knowledge of the psychological service, the information about the problem of post traumatic intervention care especially in terms of the Fire and Rescue Department in Territorial Liberec. The second area of work is made up of the practical part which was implemented through a questionnaire, which was distributed among the 47 members of the Fire and Rescue Service of the Liberec Region. The findings are used in the measures proposed at the end of the thesis. The greatest benefits of the submetted work in relation to solving issue can be considered that the results of the conducted survey could serve as new initiatives to an improvement of care for firefighters or as informative background for those who deal with the issue of post-traumatic intervention care in terms of the Fire and Rescue Service.
