Abstract:
Tato rigorózní práce se zabývá sporem z veřejnoprávní smlouvy a vybranými aspekty řízením o něm. Nejprve rozebírá samotný institut veřejnoprávní smlouvy a její historii, aby se následně přesunula k výkladu pojmu sporu, kde vzniká a kde naopak vzniknout nemůže. Následně se věnuje vybraným otázkám procesního postupu řešení sporu, které odlišují řízení o něm od obecného správního řízení. V závěru se práce …more
