Tax optimisation of corporate income tax payment in tangible fixed assets of the company ABC Ltd.
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je složena z teoretické části, kde jsou vymezeny druhy dlouhodobého hmotného majetku, odpisy, technické zhodnocení, oprava a vyřazení vždy dle zákona o účetnictví a dle zákona o daních z příjmů. V praktické části se zaměřuji na vybrané problémové oblasti konkrétní stavební firmy, které nejsou jasně definované zákonem.
Abstract:
Bachelor thesis consists of a theoretical part where the definition of the types of tangible fixed assets, depreciation, technical evaluation, repair and decommissioning always in accordance with the Accounting Act and in accordance with the Law on Income Tax. The practical part focuses on specific problem areas of construction companies that are not clearly defined by law.
