Analysis of a Selected Workplace with a Focus on the Design of the Implementation of a Quality Management System According to ISO 9001:2015

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu vybraného pracoviště a jeho procesů a porovnává výsledky analýzy tohoto pracoviště s požadavky mezinárodní normy ISO 9001:2015. Analýza je prováděna formou interního procesního auditu, při němž dochází současně k popisování procesů daného pracoviště. Cílem auditu je identifikovat neshody s požadavky normy ISO 9001:2015. Na základě zjištěných neshod je dále nutno navrhnout nápravná opatření vedoucí k odstranění těchto neshod a vytvořit plán k implementaci systému řízení kvality dle zmiňované normy na vybraném pracovišti pomocí odstranění zjištěných neshod. Dosažením tohoto cíle se pracoviště stane vzorem pro implementaci systému řízení kvality dle této normy pro zbytek firmy, čímž dojde k jeho rychlejšímu zavedení a možné certifikaci dle normy ISO 9001:2015.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of the selected workplace and its processes and compare the results of the analysis of this workplace with the international standard´s ISO 9001:2015 requirements. The analysis is done in the form of the internal process audit. During this audit the processes of the selected workplace are described as well. The audit aims to identificate the nonconformities of the selected workplace with standard´s requirements. Basis on the found out nonconformities it is neccesery to suggest the corrective actions for eliminate these nonconformities and create the plan of the implementation of the quality management system according to the mentioned standard at the selected workplace by elimination of the found out nonconformities. By accomplishment of this aim, the workplace will become a model for the implementation of the quality management system to the rest of the company, what will lead to its faster implementation and possible certification according to ISO 9001:2015 standard.
