The Lean Startup methodology - innovative management

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vysvětlením relativně nové metodiky projektového řízení u nově vznikajících projektů, The Lean Startup. První část je věnována definicím pojmů podnikání, internetové podnikání a startup. Druhá část už detailněji popisuje zmiňovanou metodiku. Praktická část je věnována vzniknutí konkrétního projektu a jeho aplikace metodiky v praxi, která je pak zhodnocena v poslední části.

Abstract:

This work deals with explaining the relatively new project management methodology for newly emerging projects, The Lean Startup. The first part is devoted to the definition of a business, internet business and startup. The second part describes in detail mentioned metodology. The practical part is devoted to the founding of a specific project and its application of methodology in practice, which is evaluated in the last section.
