Abstract:
Obsahem mé diplomové práce je ocenění a stanovení tržní hodnoty obchodní společnosti s ručením omezeným. V první teoretické části obecně popisuji postup ocenění podniku. Zabývám se podrobným popisem jednotlivých částí postupu ocenění. Začínám strategickou a finanční analýzou, na které navazuje popis sestavení finančního plánu. Subject of my thesis is the evaluation and assign the market value of a trading and industrial limited company. In the first theoretical part of my thesis I describe general working methods to the evaluation of companies. I describe in details the single steps of evaluation.
