Regeneration Issues Building Constructions in Terms of Valuation
Abstract:
" Má bakalářská práce má tři části. První část – teoretická - se zaměřuje na regeneraci budov vedoucí k úsporám energií. Druhá část – praktická - zde oceňuji dvě nemovitosti – bytový dům a bytovou jednotku. Třetí část – analytická - analyzuje realitní trh v hlavním městě Praze. "
Abstract:
" The thesis has three parts. The first part - theoretical, here I focus on the regeneration of buildings, leading to energy savings. The second part - the practical, here I appreciate the two properties - an apartment house and apartment. The third part - the analysis, I analyze real estate market here in the City of Prague. "
