Práce se zabývá vymezenou částí stavebního zákona – odstraňováním staveb. V úvodní části je uvedena stručná historie českého stavebního práva se zaměřením na odstraňování staveb. Podrobněji rozebrán předpis č. 183/2006 Sb., stavební zákon, v aktuálním znění po „velké novele“ č. 350/2012 Sb., včetně prováděcích vyhlášek.
