Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se věnuje obchodnímu podílu ve společnosti s ručením omezeným. V úvodu jsou popsány charakteristické znaky společnosti s důrazem na její založení, vznik a statutární orgány. Hlavní část práce se orientuje na obchodní podíl společnosti s ručením omezeným a dispozice s ním v podobě převodu, přechodu a možnosti zástavy.
