Cílem bakalářské práce je analýza vybraného gastronomického zařízení v Řecku, spojená s charakteristikou jeho provozu, analýzou jídelního lístku a porovnáním s konkurencí, s jejichž pomocí lze nalézt silné a slabé stránky podniku.
