Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá personálními činnostmi v malé firmě. Součástí práce je plánování lidských zdrojů. Jsou zde popsány personální činnosti nezbytné k vedení personální agendy. Důležitou části práce je výběr zaměstnanců, správné využití jejich schopností a potenciálu.
