Digitalization of Work Instructions and Standards of Safety and Health Protection at Work in the Production Plant

Abstract:

Obsah diplomovej práce možno rozdeliť na tri dôležité časti. Prvá tretina zachytáva širokú oblasť digitalizácie, ako základ pre pochopenie krokov v praktickej časti práce. Venuje sa dotknutej spoločnosti, súčasnej a budúcej podobe bezpečnosti a ochrany zdravia pri práci. Zároveň prináša prehľad a analýzu rizík, ktoré sú spojené s preberanou oblasťou. Ďalšia časť je tvorená súborom krokov, ktoré vedú k realizácií digitalizácie pracoviska vo výrobnom podniku. To zahŕňa mapovanie vybraného prostredia, určenie rozsahu a spôsobu digitalizácie, popis jej jednotlivých krokov v prostredí zvoleného softwaru. Zachytené nedostatky nového dosiahnutého stavu sú predmetom štruktúrovaného rozhovoru. Zároveň je súčasťou práce dotazníkové šetrenie zamerané na vnímanie digitalizovaných inštrukcií a štandardov na pracoviskách s ohľadom na vek a vzdelanie pracovníkov.

Abstract:

The content of the thesis can be divided into three important parts. The first third captures the broad area of digitalization as a basis for understanding the steps in the practical part of the thesis. It deals with the company concerned, the current and future shape of occupational health and safety. It also gives an overview of the risks and risk analysis that are associated with the area under discussion. The next part is made up of a set of steps that lead to the implementation of the digitalization of the workplace in a manufacturing company. This includes mapping of the selected environment, determining the scope and method of digitalization, description of its individual steps in the environment of the selected software. The captured shortcomings of the new achieved state are the subject of a structured interview. At the same time, the thesis includes a questionnaire survey focused on the perception of digitalized instructions and standards in workplaces with regard to the age and education of the workers.
