Measurement of Heat Exchanger Characteristics

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá úpravou měřicího stanoviště výměníku tepla a následným změřením množství sděleného tepla na takto upraveném pracovišti. Počátek práce je věnován teorii sdílení tepla a výměníku tepla. Další část práce obsahuje příklady rozdělení tepelných výměníků z vícero hledisek. Obsahuje také příklady možného zanášení a čištění tepelných výměníků. V praktické části práce je popsáno stávající stanoviště pro měření tepelných výměníků. Na stávajícím stanovišti bylo odměřeno a byly vyhodnoceny nedostatky tohoto měřicího stanoviště. Tyto nedostatky byly odstraněny úpravou řešeného měřícího stanoviště. Modifikace se týkala především studené strany. Na upraveném měřicím stanovišti bylo odměřeno. Z měření bylo zjištěno, že došlo k vyřešení nedostatků původního měřicího stanoviště a úprava tohoto stanoviště byla tedy správná. V posledním kroku byla stanovena konstanta (součinitel prostupu tepla) řešeného výměníku tepla při různých průtocích na studené i teplé straně oběhu tepelného výměníku.

Abstract:

This work deals with the modification of the measuring station of the heat exchanger and the subsequent measurement of the amount of transferred heat at the thus modified workplace. The beginning of the work is devoted to the theory of heat sharing and the heat exchanger. The next part of the work contains examples of the distribution of heat exchangers from several points of view. It also contains examples of possible clogging and cleaning of heat exchangers. In the practical part of the thesis was described the existing site for measuring heat exchangers. Measurements were taken at the existing station and the shortcomings of this measuring station were evaluated. These shortcomings were eliminated by modifying the measuring station. The modification mainly concerned the cold side. It was measured at a modified measuring station. From the measurements, it was found that the shortcomings of the original measuring station were resolved and the modification of this station was correct. In the last step, the constant (Overall heat transfer coefficient) of the solved heat exchanger was determined at different flow rates on the cold and warm sides of the heat exchanger circuit.
