Abstract:

Diplomová práce se soustředí na stávky ve veřejném a soukromém sektoru. Stávka představuje zajímavý koncept vyjednávání, který je ovšem relativně málo v zájmu ekonomů, zatímco může mít výrazný dopad jak na obě strany vyjednávacího procesu, tak i na třetí nezaujatou stranu. Práce bude popisovat podstatu, proces, vývoj a náklady typicky spojené se stávkou. Po všeobecném přehledu budeme více podrobně zkoumat stávky ve Francii. Cílem práce je popsat stávky ve veřejném a soukromém sektoru, specifikovat jejich rozdíly a zhodnotit, ve kterém sektoru se stávkuje častěji, jaké jsou nejčastější důvody ke stávce a také, která část Francie je tímto fenoménem zatížena nejvíce.

Abstract:

The thesis focuses on strikes in the public and private sectors. Strikes represent an exciting concept of negotiation that is of relatively low interest to economists, while it can have significant impacts on both sides of the process and the third party as well. The thesis will describe nature, process, evolution, and costs typically associated with strikes. After a general overview, we will analyze more elaborately strikes in France. The purpose of the thesis is to describe strikes in the public and private sector, specify their differences and using a case of France evaluate which sector strikes more often, what are the most frequent reasons for the strike and which part of France is affected the most by strikes.
