The bachelor thesis is focused on analyzing the competitiveness of the wellness hotel Jason. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part the theoretical knowledge in the field of competition, competitiveness, hotel industry and marketing are elaborated based on literature sources.
