Diplomová práce je věnována otázce genderové mzdově mezery a vlivu kulturních faktorů na její výši. Cílem práce bylo zjistit jaké kulturní faktory z výzkumu GLOBE ovlivňují míru genderové mzdové nerovnosti ve společnosti. The diploma thesis is devoted to the question of the gender pay gap and the influence of cultural factors on its size. The aim of the work was to find out which cultural dimensions from the GLOBE research influence the degree of gender pay gay in society.
