Diplomová práce pojednává o osobnosti a svéprávnosti daňového subjektu. Práce se nejprve zabývá pojmy osobnost a svéprávnost, a to převážně ve vztahu k novelizaci občanského zákoníku, jenž nabyl účinnosti 1. 1. 2014 a k celkové rekodifikaci soukromého práva. This master thesis discusses the personality and legal capacity of the tax entity. Firstly, the work deals with the concepts of personality and legal capacity, mostly in relation to the amendment to the Civil Code which came into force on 1 January 2014 and the overall recodification of private law.
