Tato diplomová práce se zabývá ochranou spotřebitele v oblasti platebního styku v České republice. Diplomová práce se skládá ze čtyř kapitol. V první kapitole je popsán platební styk a jeho právní úprava v ČR. Ve druhé kapitole jsou uvedeny nástroje, jimiž je spotřebitel chráněn, včetně konkrétních orgánů, na které se může spotřebitel obrátit. This diploma thesis deals with consumer protection in the field of payment transactions in the Czech Republic. The diploma thesis consists of four chapters.
