Diplomová práce se věnuje konceptu smart cities. Cílem práce je v souvislosti s daným konceptem provést analýzu měst Mostu a Ústí nad Labem a zhodnotit jeho využití v rozvoji zmíněných měst. Práce je rozdělena na tři části. První část je zaměřena na vazbu konceptu smart cities k regionálnímu rozvoji a teoretické vymezení konceptu, včetně konkrétních příkladů jeho aplikace v praxi. Abstract:
The thesis focuses on the smart city concept. It's purpose is to analyze the cities of Most and Ústí nad Labem, while evaluating the usage of the concept in their own development.
