Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá finanční a strategickou analýzou a jejím následným provedením ve společnosti IKEA (Ingka) Centres Česká republika, s. r. o. za použití výročních zpráv z let 2013 – 2017. První část diplomové práce se věnuje teoretickému vymezení důležitých pojmů souvisejících s finanční a strategickou analýzou. Následuje kapitola, ve které je představena společnost IKEA (Ingka) Centres. V praktické části jsou konkrétně aplikovány metody finanční a strategické analýzy na výkazy společnosti. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty výsledky provedené finanční a strategické analýzy.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with financial and strategic analysis and its subsequent implementation in the company IKEA (Ingka) Centres Česká Republika, s. r. o., using annual reports from the years 2013 - 2017. The first part of the diploma thesis is devoted to the theoretical definition of important concepts related to financial and strategic analysis. Next chapter is introducing company IKEA (Ingka) Centres. In the practical part, the methods of financial and strategic analysis are applied to the company statements. In conclusion, the results of the financial and strategic analysis are summarized.
