Abstract:
Absolventská práce se věnuje tématu výkon advokacie. Zaměřuje se na historii advokacie, etický kodex advokáta, postavení advokáta v civilním a trestním řízení. Dále popisuje odměňování advokáta, výkon advokacie v zemích Evropské unie a dodržování etického kodexu v praxi.Abstract:
Graduate work describes practicing the legal profession. It focuses on the history of the legal profession, a code of ethics lawyer, the status of lawyer in civil and criminal proceedings. It also describes the fee of the lawyer's practicing the legal profession in the European Union and the code of ethics in practice.
