Vnitřní předpisy jsou chápány jako vnitřní procedurální formy k zajištění bezproblé-mového chodu úřadu. Úkolem práce je provést analýzu stavu vnitřních předpisů v malých obcích. Cílem práce je na základě výsledků z analýzy navrhnout potřebná do-poručení. Analýza stavu vnitřních předpisů probíhala na vybraném výzkumném vzor-ku. The internal regulations are interpreted like internal procedural forms to assure a smooth office work. The task of the thesis is to analyze the state of internal regulations in small Municipalities.
