Cílem této bakalářské práce je komparativně zanalyzovat román Jamese Ellroye L. A. Přísně tajné se stejnojmennou filmovou adaptací natočenou v roce 1997 Curtisem Hansonem. Práce postupuje podle metodologie stanovené Brianem McFarlanem. Analýza se soustřeďuje na rozdílnosti ve struktuře narativu, funkci postav v obou dílech a jakých filmových kódů bylo využito tvůrci filmu k převodu románu do audiovizuální …more

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the novel by James Ellroy L.A. Confidential with a film adaptation of the same name made in 1997 by Curtis Hanson. The thesis follows the methodology established by Brian McFarlan.
