Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je posouzení efektivnosti zavedení systému managementu jakosti podle normy ISO 9001:2000 ve společnosti Samohýl MB a.s. vzhledem k řízení služeb. Porovnání oblasti prodeje a zásob před zavedením normy ISO 9001:2000 a po zavedení normy ISO 9001:2000. Na základě literárních zdrojů jsou zpracovány teoretické podklady pro tuto práci. The purpose of my thesis is evaluation efficiency of implementation quality management system according to ISO standard in the company Samohýl MB a.s. regarding to controlling of service.
