Bakalářská práce pojednává o možnostech zvyšování odborné kvalifikace pro výkon profese strojvedoucího. V úvodu seznamuje s pojmy a popisuje kurz strojvedoucích. Jaké předpoklady musí adept do kurzu splňovat, kde je možno kurz absolvovat a jaké jsou možnosti jeho financování. Presented bachelor thesis deals with a possible upgrading of one's qualification to become an engine driver. The introduction of this thesis acquaints the readers with various terms and describes a course for engine drivers.
