Diplomová práce se věnuje interpretaci a aplikaci mezinárodních smluv z pohledu judikatury českých soudů. V jednotlivých kapitolách je rozebírána nejprve relevantní právní teorie a právní úprava procesu výkladu a aplikace mezinárodních smluv.
