Hlavním cílem mé práce je analyzovat problematiku ochranných známek. Nejprve se budu zaobírat historií pro lepší představu, jak ochranné známky vznikly. V další kapitole se budu zabývat pojmem ochranná známka a hned na to naváži na typy a druhy ochranných známek. V této práci také zmíním právní úpravu a práva vyplývající z ochranné známky. The main objective of my thesis is to analyze the issue of trademarks. For better idea how trademarks began, I deal with history at first. I follow up with concept of trademarks in the next chapter and types of trademarks. I also mention the legislation of trademarks and rights associated with them.
