Diplomová práce se zabývá případovými a rodinnými konferencemi jako aplikace v praxi na sociálně právní ochraně dětí. Diplomová práce se skládá ze dvou částí - teoretické a výzkumné. Teoretická část je rozdělena do třech kapitol. První kapitola popisuje zákon č. 359/1999 Sb., o sociálně právní ochraně dětí. Druhá a třetí kapitola je věnovaná případovým a rodinným konferencím.
