Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo analyzovat výrobní proces ve společnosti Schott Lighting and Imaging, s.r.o., navrhnout opatření na zefektivnění výroby s cílem analyzovat stávající situaci na lince ohýbání dentálních tyčinek a na základě analýz navrhnout projekt vedoucí ke zlepšení současného stavu. The aim of this bachelor's thesis was to analyse the production process in the company of Schott Lighting and Imaging, Ltd., to propose the set of measures to streamline production in order to analyse the current situation in the assembly line of bending dental sticks and on the basis of the analysis to propose some steps to improve the current situation.
