Diplomová práce se zabývá projektem rekonstrukce restaurace na penzion. Práce je rozvržena do tří částí. První část tvoří teoretické poznatky z oblasti cestovního ruchu a hotelových služeb. Ve druhé části jsou provedeny analýzy, a to geografická analýza, analýza konkurence, PESTE analýza a SWOT analýza. Thesis deals with the project focused on reconstruction of a restaurant at the guesthouse. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part consists of theoretical information about tourism and hotel services.
