Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na ochranné léčení, i zabezpečovací detenci. Jsou zde popisovány základní pojmy jako nepříčetnost, zmenšená nepříčetnost, duševní porucha a jiné. Ochranné léčení je jedním z ochranných opatření. Jeho základním úkolem je ochrana společnosti před pachatelem trestného činu. Abstract:
This thesis is focused on the protective treatment, detention and security. There are described basic concepts such as insanity, diminished insanity, mental disorder, and others. Compulsory treatment is one of the safeguards. Its primary responsibility is to protect society against the offender.
