Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je věnována výhradně dvěma úvěrům, kterými jsou spotřebitelský úvěr a americká hypotéka. První část pojednává o úvěrech z širšího pohledu. Zaměřuji se zejména na druhy, podmínky, za kterých banka úvěr poskytuje a etapy průběhu bankovní úvěrové operace. Druhá část je věnována spotřebitelskému úvěru a třetí část americké hypotéce. My bachelor essay deals exclusively with two type of credits, a consumer credit and an american mortgage. The first part presents credits in a general point of view. I expecially focus on kinds of credits and conditions that the bank requires to provide a credit. I also describe stages of bank credit operation.
