The Influence of the European Union on the Sovereignty of the State
Abstract:
Hlavním cílem diplomové práce nesoucí název "Vliv Evropské Unie na suverenitu státu" je pozorování dvou základních pohledů na samotnou suverenitu, pohledů vnitrostátních a pohledů evropských. Diplomová práce si neklade za cíl vyřešit právní a politický problém, nýbrž nastínit možný postup k ideální kooperaci vnitrostátního právního řádu s právem evropským.
Abstract:
The main goal of the thesis carrying a title "The Influence of the European Union on the Sovereignty of the State", which has impact on the sovereignty of the state due cracking the basic views. The thesis is does not aim to solve a legal and political problem, but to outline the possible approach to the ideal cooperation of the national legal order with the European law.
