Competition of the company Taurus Trans, Ltd.
Abstract:
Tato práce se zaměřuje na problematiku konkurence, konkrétně pak na konkurenci firmy Taurus Trans, s. r. o. Bude zde zanalyzovaná současná konkurenční pozice firmy, např. pomocí SWOT analýzy a analýzy pěti sil. Následně zde bude uvedený návrh na zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti firmy a zhodnocení návrhu.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis is focused on issues of competition, concretely on competition of the company Taurus Trans, Ltd. An analysis of the actual competitive position of the company, e. g. the SWOT analysis and the analysis of five forces, will be included in this bachelor thesis. Consequently, a proposal will be made to increase the company's competitiveness including its evaluation.
