Kompenzační cvičení u neslyšících lyžařů

Corrective exercises for deaf skiers
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je soubor informací o neslyšících lyžařích a návrhu kompenzačního plánu pro neslyšící reprezentantku alpských disciplín České republiky. První část je zaměřená na teoretické informace o daném tématu. Druhá část, tedy praktická je zaměřená na neslyšící lyžařku. Získané informace o tréninkových a výživových zvyklostech jsem vyhodnotila a navrhla kompenzační a výživová doporučení.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis summarizes information about deaf skiers and gives a suggestion of corrective plan for deaf representative skier in alpine skiing in Czech Republic. The first part is focused on theoretical information about this topic. The second part, which is practical part is focuses on deaf skier.
