Analysis of possible risk landings after block in volleyball

Abstract:

Volejbal se řadí mezi velmi rizikové sporty hlavně také díky častým zraněním kolene a předního křížového vazu. Smyslem této práce bylo vyhodnotit četnost a kategorizovat možná řešení rizikových doskoků po bloku v reálném utkání u elitních volejbalistek různých postů, které dominují v blokařských statistikách české extraligy. Do zkoumaného souboru byly vybrány 4 hráčky na postech blokařka, smečařka, univerzální hráčka a nahrávačka. Hráčky použily pouze 6 typů doskoku a nejvyšší četnost byla zjištěna u doskoku stick (67,5%). Podle studie (Pappas et al. 2007; Yeow, Lee, Goh, & 2010) můžeme říci, že hráčky tento typ doskoku používají z důvodu šetrnějšího a koordinovaného dopadu, což nám také hráčky potvrdily. Dále bylo pomocí videoanalýzy zjištěno, že významný vliv na četnost doskoků mají také taktické pokyny trenéra. Byly zjištěny významné rozdíly mezi doskoky ?side stick UNI? s dopadem na levou dolní končetinu a ?side stick UNI? s dopadem na pravou dolní končetinu u blokařky. Příčinou je taktická příprava, protože se hráčka často přesunuje na pravou stranu sítě, kde útočí hlavní smečařka týmu soupeřek.

Abstract:

Volleyball is among the high-risk sports also mainly due to frequent injuries of the knee and anterior cruciate ligament. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the frequency and possible solutions to categorize risk case of landing after block in the real game at elite volleyball players of different positions that dominate the blocking statistics in Czech extraleague. In the investigated group were selected 4 players in positions blocker, spiker, dig and setter. Players used only 6 types of landing and the highest rate was found in ?stick? landing (67.5%). According to a study (Pappas et al. 2007; Yeow Lee, Goh, & 2010), we can say that the players use this type of landing due to coordinated impact, which we also confirmed by the players. Video analysis found that a significant impact on the frequency of the landings, also have tactical instructions coach. Significant differences were found between the landing "side stick UNI 's impact on the left leg and" side stick UNI' s impact on the right leg by the blocker. The cause is a tactical preparation, since the player often moves on the right side of the network, where is attacking the main spiker.
