Abstract:

Práce se zabývá zacházením s uchazeči o práci na trhu řízeném kandidáty. Hlavním cílem práce je stanovit doporučení zaměstnavatelům, jak vhodně kandidáty oslovit, jak je získat, stabilizovat a tím o ně nepřijít. Dílčím cílem je identifikovat problematická místa v procesu náboru z pohledu uchazečů o práci a navrhnout postupy pro zefektivnění tohoto procesu. Doporučení je určeno především pro zaměstnavatele, kteří hledají do svých společností studenty s ekonomickým zaměřením. Praktická část je provedena pomocí kvantitativní metody dotazníkového šetření a ověřena na vzorku studentů Vysoké školy ekonomické v Praze. Z průzkumu vyplývá, že změny v procesu náboru by se měly týkat především rychlosti celého výběrového řízení, přístupu k oslovování kandidátů, zefektivnění komunikace s nimi a připravenosti zodpovídat dodatečné dotazy. Zaměstnavatelé by měli studentům přizpůsobit nabídku benefitů a přilákat je na motivující finanční ohodnocení. Společnosti by současně měly pracovat na budování dobrého jména na trhu a na retenci stávajících zaměstnanců.

Abstract:

The thesis is focused on handling with job applicants on the candidate-driven market. The main objective of the thesis is to set recommendations for employers connected to how candidates should be approached, how to acquire them, how to stabilize them and how to retain them. The partial aim is to identify the problem areas in the recruitment process from the point of view of job seekers and to propose procedures for streamlining it. The recommendation is intended primarily for employers looking for economically oriented students for their companies. The practical part is done by using the quantitative method of the questionnaire survey and verified on a sample of students of the University of Economics in Prague. The survey shows that changes in the recruitment process should relate in particular to the speed of the entire selection process, the approach to reaching the candidates out, the communication with them, how to make it more efficient and how to improve the readiness to answer any additional questions. Employers should adapt the offer of the benefits to students and attract them to the motivational salary. At the same time, companies should work on building up a good reputation and retention of existing employees.
