The employees' benefits in term of tax aspect
Abstract:
Předmětem bakalářské práce je problematika zaměstnaneckých benefitů. Úvodní část představuje nabídku benefitů. V analytické části je výpočet mezd, daní a odvodů zaměstnanců i zaměstnavatele konkrétního podniku a posouzení efektivnosti poskytování benefitů.
Abstract:
The subject of the bachelor thesis is the issue of employee benefits. The introductory part contains a menu of benefits. In the analytical part is the calculation of wages, taxes and contributions of employees and employers for a particular company and the assessment of the effectiveness of providing benefits.
