Cílem této diplomové práce je zkoumat oceňovací metody domácích a zahraničních akciových analytiků na českém kapitálovém trhu, stanovit tržní hodnotu výrobce bot Prabos plus a.s. a demonstrovat dopad různých valuačních přístupů na ocenění společnosti.
Abstract:
The aim of the diploma thesis is to describe equity valuation practices of domestic and foreign sell-side equity analysts on the Czech capital market, determine the market value of the footwear manufacturer Prabos plus a.s. and demonstrate the impact of various valuation approaches on the appraised value of the company.
