Spanish labour markets in the time of economic crisis

Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce jsou španělské pracovní trhy v době ekonomické krize. Cílem práce je zhodnotit reformy trhu práce a zhodnotit snahy vládních opatření o řešení nejzásadnějších nedostatků pracovních trhů v soudobé krizi. V první kapitole je analyzován vývoj španělské ekonomiky pomocí makroekonomických ukazatelů. Ve druhé kapitole je popsán vývoj trhu práce. Ve třetí kapitole jsou charakterizovány nejvýznamnější problémy španělského trhu práce. V poslední části jsou analyzovány reformy trhu práce a je posouzen jejich dopad.

Abstract:

This thesis is focused on the Spanish labour markets in the time of economic crisis. The goal is to evaluate the labour market reforms from 2010 and 2012 and to evaluate, if these reforms aim on the persisting problems of the labour markets in Spain. In the first part the evolution of the Spanish economy is described using macro economical magnitudes. In the second part the evolution of the labour market is described. In the third part, the most important problems of the spanish labour market are analyzed. In the final part, the reforms are analyzed and their impact on the labour market is evaluated.
