Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá extrakcí a stanovením LSD a jeho metabolitů. První část je zaměřena na historii a vývoj, strukturu, farmakokinetiku, farmakodynamiku, toleranci, biochemické změny a účinky LSD. V druhé části je věnována pozornost extrakcím a následné analýze LSD a jeho metabolitů v biologických materiálech (tzn. moč, plná krev, sérum a vlasy) a blotech. This bachelor thesis deals with extraction and determination of LSD and its metabolites. In the first chapter, the author focuses on history and evolution (development), structure, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, tolerance, biochemical changes and effects of LSD.
