Operational controllership - the function and the organizational position in an enterprise

Abstract:

Tato práce je zaměřena na problematiku controllingu, jeho postavení a funkci v podniku a začlenění do podnikové organizační struktury. V teoretické části jsou zpracovány poznatky z odborné literatury. Pozornost je zde věnována historii controllingu, jeho funkcím a možnostem organizačního zařazení v podniku. Vzhledem k zaměření praktické části této práce je zvláštní pozornost věnována zejména problematice finančního controllingu a jeho uplatnění v řízení podniku. Praktická část popisuje situaci v konkrétním podniku, jeho organizační strukturu, informační systém a jeho potřebu zavedení controllingu. V závěru praktické části této práce jsou zhodnoceny dvě varianty možného řešení definovaného problému, tedy začlenění controllingu do organizační struktury sledované společnosti a rozsah jeho působnosti.

Abstract:

This work is focused on issues of controlling, its status and function in the company and integration into the corporate organizational structure. In the theoretical part is processed knowledge of the scientific literature. The attention here is devoted to the history of controlling, its features and possibilities in organizing the inclusion of the company. In view of given the practical part of this work is special attention paid to the issue of financial controlling and its application in the management of the company. The practical part describes the situation in a particular company, its organizational structure, information system and his needs to establish control. In conclusion, in the practical part of this work there are evaluated two variants of possible solutions defined the problem, thus controlling the integration into the organizational structure of reference and scope of its competence.
