Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na oblast podnikových procesů a jejich zlepšování. Teoretické poznatky o základních principech a využívání procesního řízení jsou následně aplikovány na konkrétní podnik. V praktické části je po analýze současných procesů navrhnuto zlepšení a sestaveny procesní modely.
Abstract:
This diploma thesis is focused on Business Processes and its improvements. Theoretical background about basic principles and using Business Process Management is implemented on existing company. In practical part of work are analyzed current processes, suggested improvements and created process models.
