V první části této diplomové práci si kladu za cíl popis a celkové vymezení pojmu PPP a jejího postavení v českém právním prostředí. Koncept PPP je světě uznávaným způsobem zajišťování veřejných potřeb, které místo veřejného zajišťuje soukromý sektor. In the first part of my essay, my goal is to describe and depict the term PPP and its role in Czech legal system. The PPP concept is recognized way to vindicate public needs, when the private sector vindicates public needs side of the public sector.
