Bakalářská práce se zabývá některými formami ekologické kriminality v České Republice. V teoretické části popisuje důležité pojmy a nejčastější delikty pro tuto oblast. V praktické části se detailně zabývá znečišťováním vodního hospodářství a zhodnocením současného stavu ekologické kriminality v České Republice. Abstract:
Bachelor thesis deals with certain forms of environmental crime in the Czech Republic. It deals with important concepts and the most common offenses in this area. The practical part examines in detail the water pollution and assessing the current state of environmental crime in the Czech Republic. The whole work is presented as a textbook for the course Forensic technology and systems.
