The financial autonomy of local government
Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce je porovnat některé aspekty ekonomického základu územní samosprávy v České republice s poznatky ve vybraném státě a vyhodnotit tak míru právních a ekonomických záruk fiskální autonomie územní samosprávy v ČR. V závěru se pokusím provést šetření a vyhodnocení katalogů příjmů územních samospráv zvolené obce.
Abstract:
The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to compare some aspects of the economic base of local government in the Czech Republic with the findings in a selected country and to evaluate the degree of legal and economic guarantees of local government fiscal autonomy in the Czech Republic.
