The aim of diploma thesis „The budget of the City Districts“ is to assess the budgetary procedure of the city district Brno-Žabovřesky, as one of the 29 organisational units of the corporate town of Brno, with an emphasis on approval and implementation of the budget and propose factual and legislative changes to improve its functioning.
