Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na analýzu právních aspektů hospodářské soutěže v oblasti letecké dopravy v rámci práva Evropské unie. Práce nejprve v obecném úvodu vymezuje pojmy jako hospodářská soutěž, podnik či relevantní trh. Další kapitola přináší specifika hospodářské soutěže v oblasti letecké dopravy.
