Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá virologickým vyšetřením dárců krve. Prováděná vyšetření snižují riziko přenosu infekce transfuzí krve z dárce na příjemce. Práce popisuje původce infekce a seznamuje s infekčními onemocněními. Mezi nejzávažnější přenášené infekce krví patří hepatitida typu B, hepatitida typu C, syfilis a infekce HIV/AIDS. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with screening for virological markers in blood donors. Such a testing significantly derogates risk of disease transmission from donor to recipient. The theoretical part of the thesis introduces infectious diseases especially in the light of blood donation.
