Analysis of Remuneration Activities in State-funded Institution

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá postupy a činnostmi v oblasti odměňování v příspěvkové organizaci. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Obsahem teoretické částí je charakteristika příspěvkových organizací a jejich přehled v České republice. Následně je popsán pracovněprávní vztah a podrobněji rozebrána oblast odměňování platem v příspěvkových organizacích. V praktické části je představena analyzovaná příspěvková organizace a popsána její organizační struktura. Následně jsou podrobně analyzovány pravidelné činnosti v oblasti odměňování, které jsou prováděny v představené příspěvkové organizaci. Na závěr jsou navrženy způsoby, jakými lze zefektivnit práci v oblasti odměňování.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with procedures and activities in the area of remuneration in a state-funded institution. The bachelor thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The content of the theoretical part is the characteristics of state-funded institutions and their review in the Czech Republic. Subsequently there is described an employment relationship and, in more detail, an area of remuneration through salary in state-funded institutions. In the practical part there is introduced an analyzed organization and a descrip-tion of its organizational structure. Then there are analyzed in detail regular activities in the field of remuneration which are performed in the introduced state-funded institution. At the end there are proposed ways to streamline the work in the area of remuneration.
